Meeting is open to all members and dinner will be provided. Agenda includes:

• Create a timeline of activities for outreach, planning and research;
• Develop a list of committee and worksite representation teams;
• Draft process for table team appointments and elections.

No table team or committee member selection or elections will be made at this meeting.
