Monthly meetings of the local's Executive Board - elected officers and chapter chairs, who act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the rank and file members. It consists of a president, 1st and 2nd vice presidents, recording secretary, secretary-treasurer and the chapter chairs of the 16 hospitals and homes in the Health+Hospitals system.

The Executive Board meetings are held on the 2nd Tuesday of the each month [except July and August, when the the local goes on Summer schedule] and is the decision making body when the general membership is not in session. It sets the agenda by which the local oprates.
