Regular meetings of the entire local - General Membership - are held on the third Thursday in the months of February, April, June, October and December. 

General Membership is the highest decision making body of the loca. It is where the local policies and constitutional amendments are made.

Due to the meeting size, all General Membership meetings are held at DC37: 125 Barclay Street, New York, NY 10007.
