Proposed amendments & resolutions available online
All proposed Constitutional Amendments and Resolutions to be considered by the union delegation are available to view online.
Amendments can make changes to the OCSEA State Constitution, State By-laws and Subordinate Body Constitution. Amendments were emailed to Chapter Presidents in July to distribute to their delegates.
Resolutions call for OCSEA to take a stance on a wide-range of specific issues. Past resolutions, for example, have dealt with issues pertaining to privatization, coalition building and organizing, and Right to Work.
