Gersper re-elected as Secretary-Treasurer

During Friday's election, delegates to the 35th OCSEA Biennial Convention re-elected Kathy Gersper to the office of Secretary-Treasurer. She received a majority of the vote. This will be Gersper's sixth four-year term as Secretary-Treasurer.
