Steward in Crisis Workshop comes at pivotal time for leaders

After a year and half of facing more than their far share of crisis on the job and in the world around us, leaders and stewards came together to see how they can helpd others deal with crisis and how union sisters and brothers can lean on one another.

This week's Stewards in Crisis Workshop looked at identifying what causes conversations to escalate and the impact they have on you - and the labor movement; improving skills to respond to members in crisis; talking about practicing empathy; and offering steps for de-escalation.
