Marking DC 37s 80th anniversary on September 2024, Local 5911 took its ingural walk up 5th Ave  from 44 Street with its fellow brothers and sisters. With little rain , music and joined by friends and family, 5911 took to the streets giving a face to the agency that no one sees in times of crisis. As fellow union members from across NYC joined, we shared our pride to be able to walk together, side by side chatting to the ears of the willing that 911 was a small group but mighty force that day.
