The AFSCME Local 4041 bargaining team has reached a historic tentative agreement with the State of Nevada for workers in the four certified bargaining units. Next, the tentative agreement (TA) will be voted on by AFSCME Local 4041 members in the certified bargaining units, to ratify into our very first contract.

The ratification vote will be held Sunday, May 16 at 11am PT via Zoom.

The final TA webinar will be held Saturday May 15 at 10am PT and will provide an opportunity to learn about the TA, to ask questions, and explain how Sunday's voting ratification process will work.

We are very proud of this TA. We believe it lays a strong foundation to improve working conditions for state employees and the services we provide to our communities for generations to come. When ratified, this will be a strong first contract that will greatly improve our lives and employment in state service.
