The AFSCME Maryland Council 3 Biennal Convention will convene at 12:30 PM on Friday, October 25, 2024 at the Stamp Student Union Building at the University of Maryland College Park and adjourn at the end of the day on Saturday, October 26 upon the completion of its business.

Parking & Getting to Stamp Student Union
Once you arrive at the University of Maryland College Park campus, please park at Union Lane Garage. We have secured 150 parking spots, so please complete the survey if you need a parking space.
The Union Lane Garage is directly across the street from Stamp, as shown in the map below.
Registration
The convention will be in the Stamp Student Union (3972 Campus Dr, College Park, MD 20742). Here is a link to a map of the campus. Registration will be in the Prince George's Room in the building. Convention will take place in the Colony Ballroom on the second floor.
In-person registration of delegates/alternates will take place on Thursday, October 24 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, October 25 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Registration will officially close at 12:30 PM on Friday, October 25.

If you are staying at the hotel, it’s called The Hotel at The University of Maryland College Park. The address is: 7777 Baltimore Ave, College Park, MD 20740.
