Dear Members:

Yesterday, Municipal Labor Committee unions voted by 88% to replace the GHI-CBP health plan with the New York City Employees (NYCE) PPO plan.

Local 3005 voted “no” based on a poll of 198 of our members in which 74% voted no, 20% voted yes, and 6% voted to abstain.

Did you vote yet?! Early voting in NYC began October 25 and runs through November 2. The general election is Tuesday, November 4.

We strongly recommend that you vote for DC 37’s endorsed candidate for mayor: Zohran Mamdani! DC 37 has endorsed Zohran because he wants to make NYC affordable for all New Yorkers, including those who run it – us!
